Flame is a free, ambient experience — a single shared flame whose appearance reflects how many people currently have the app open. It is not a messaging, social networking, or content-sharing product, and no user-generated content is created, stored, or displayed.
The app does not guarantee any particular live count, level of activity, or that sharing the app will result in any specific outcome.
You agree not to use the app, or the "Share the flame" feature, to harass, spam, or deceive others, or for any unlawful purpose.
Flame is completely free, with no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or advertisements.
Not directed at children under 13. Users in the EEA, UK, or a jurisdiction with a higher age of digital consent (commonly 16) must have reached that age or obtained verifiable parental consent.
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Thessaloniki, Greece, regardless of where you are located.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the app or violation of these terms.
We may suspend or restrict access to the app at any time, including for suspected abuse of the sharing feature.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the app.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
